Disclosures
Important information about our services and your consumer rights.
Last updated: September 20, 2026
Federal law gives you specific rights when you deal with a credit repair organization. This page sets out those rights and states plainly what we do and do not promise.
Individual Results May Vary
Every credit profile is different. Apex Group Solutions does not guarantee a specific credit score increase, removal of information, financing approval, or completion timeline.
What happens with your credit depends on your own file, on your creditors, and on the credit reporting companies. Two people who receive the same service can end up in different places, and neither outcome predicts the other.
This notice is not a licence for promises elsewhere
A disclosure page does not cancel out a claim made somewhere else. If any page, advertisement, social post, script, or conversation promises a score increase, a deletion, an approval, or a deadline, that promise is the problem — this page does not fix it.
No page of this website promises a score increase, a deletion, an approval, or a deadline. If you are ever told otherwise by anyone, in any channel, that statement is not authorised and we want to know about it.
Accurate Credit Information
Hiring a credit repair company does not create a right to have information removed from your credit reports.
Neither you nor any credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from a credit report. Accurate negative information generally remains for seven years, and bankruptcy information for up to ten.
What a review actually looks at
Our work looks for information that appears to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable — for example an account that is not yours, a balance or status that does not match your records, a duplicate entry, or a date that appears wrong.
Identifying something as worth questioning is not the same as having it removed. When a dispute is filed, the credit reporting company reinvestigates, and the outcome is theirs and the furnisher’s to decide. Information that is verified as accurate stays on the report.
We will not ask a credit reporting company to remove something we know to be accurate, and federal law prohibits advising a consumer to make an untrue or misleading statement to a credit reporting company or creditor.
You Can Dispute Errors Yourself
You may dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with credit reporting companies at no cost. Hiring a credit repair company is optional.
The credit reporting companies must reinvestigate information you dispute, and they may not charge you for it. You are also entitled to free copies of your credit reports from the federally authorized source, annualcreditreport.com.
The Federal Trade Commission explains the process, and what credit repair companies can and cannot do, here.
People choose to work with us for guidance, organisation, and follow-through, not because the process is closed to them. It is not.
Written Agreements and Cancellation Rights
Services are not arranged by email or over the phone alone. If you decide to work with us, you receive documents, and those documents govern the relationship.
Your right to cancel
For a contract covered by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you may cancel without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date on which you signed the contract. A separate Notice of Cancellation, supplied in duplicate with the contract, explains how.
This right is set out at 15 U.S.C. § 1679e. Any waiver of a right under that Act is void and unenforceable.
Some states give consumers additional or longer cancellation protections, and some sales channels — telephone sales, or sales made in person away from a business location — carry their own cooling-off rules.
What this page is not
This is a plain-language summary on a website. It does not replace any of the documents below, and reading it is not a step in the contracting process.
- The written service agreement — which must state the total amount you will pay and the payment terms, a full and detailed description of the services including any guarantees of performance, an estimate of when the services will be complete or how long they will take, our name and principal business address, and a conspicuous statement of your cancellation right.
- The Notice of Cancellation — provided in duplicate, on its own, with the contract.
- The consumer rights statement required by 15 U.S.C. § 1679c — titled Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law.
That third document has requirements this page cannot satisfy. The law requires it to be given to you in writing, as a document separate from the contract and from any other material, before any contract is signed, and requires a signed copy to be kept for two years.
Visiting this page does not deliver that statement to you, and ticking a checkbox on a website form is not a substitute for it. You receive it as its own document, and you sign for it, as part of the contracting process. If you are asked to sign a contract without having received it separately first, say so.
Fees and Payments
Whatever you are charged appears in your written service agreement, in full, before you sign it. Nothing else is the price.
This website publishes no fees, no packages, and no subscriptions, and it processes no payments.
Submitting a free consultation request creates no charge of any kind. There is nothing to pay to ask us a question, and no payment details are requested anywhere on this site.
When a credit repair organization may be paid
Federal law prohibits a credit repair organization from charging or receiving any money for a service before that service has been fully performed. That rules out setup fees, enrollment fees, deposits, retainers, and monthly payments collected in advance. It is a statutory limit, not a company policy, and it cannot be contracted around.
If anyone presenting themselves as Apex Group Solutions asks you to pay before work has been performed, do not pay, and tell us.
Third-Party Services and Affiliations
No government affiliation
Apex Group Solutions LLC is a private company. It is not a government agency, is not affiliated with one, and is not endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or any other government body. Where this website links to those agencies, it is pointing you to their information, nothing more.
No affiliation with credit bureaus, banks, or lenders
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any credit reporting company, bank, lender, or card issuer. Communicating with a credit bureau on your authorization is not a relationship with that bureau.
Links on this site
This website links to exactly three external destinations: the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the federally authorized source for free credit reports. None of them is an affiliate link, and no compensation of any kind is received for them.
If a paid referral, affiliate arrangement, or compensated recommendation is ever added, the nature of the relationship must be disclosed in plain language next to the link itself, at the point where you would click it — not only here.
Card network logos
Card brand logos in the footer are a design element identifying payment brands in general. They are not an endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, and no payment is collected or processed on this website.
Testimonials and Examples
One person’s experience does not predict yours. A description of what someone else went through is not a statement of what will happen in your case, and it is not a guarantee of any result.
What is published today
No client testimonials, ratings, or client quotes are displayed anywhere on this website. If that changes, the rules below apply.
Rules that apply if testimonials are published
- Only real reviews from real clients, published with their written permission.
- No invented quotes, no stock photographs standing in for clients, no purchased reviews, and no compensation in exchange for a review.
- Star ratings appear only where a client actually gave a rating.
- “Verified Client” appears only where a real verification process backs it up.
- A testimonial describing an unusual outcome needs the typical outcome stated alongside it, or it should not be published.
Illustrative examples
If an example, sample, or hypothetical is ever shown, it must be labelled as such where it appears, in a way a person reading that section cannot miss. A note on this page is not enough on its own, because most visitors will never open this page.
