Terms & Conditions
Terms governing the use of this website.
Effective date: September 19, 2026
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not a service contract. If you engage Apex Group Solutions, a separate written agreement and the disclosures federal law requires govern that relationship.
About These Terms
This website is operated by Apex Group Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of . In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Apex Group Solutions LLC, and “you” means the person using this website.
These terms cover the website, and only the website. They set out the conditions for reading these pages and for submitting a consultation request through the form.
Using this website does not buy anything. It does not enroll you in a service, create a client relationship, authorize a charge, or begin any paid work. There is no checkout, no account, no login, and no payment processing anywhere on this site.
What these terms do not replace
If you decide to work with us, separate documents govern that relationship and they control over anything on this page.
- A written service agreement setting out what is being done, what it costs, and on what terms.
- The statutory disclosure statement that federal law requires a credit repair organization to give you, in writing and as a separate document, before you sign anything. You can read that statement on our Disclosures page.
- A Notice of Cancellation, supplied in duplicate with the contract.
Nothing on this page reduces what those documents say, and nothing here waives a right the law gives you.
Using Our Website
You are welcome to read these pages, use the consultation form to ask us to contact you, and print or save pages for your own use.
What we ask you not to do
- Do not impersonate anyone. Submit the form for yourself, using your own name and contact details, not someone else’s.
- Do not submit false or misleading information. If the details you give us are wrong, we cannot help you and we may be unable to reach you.
- Do not use the form to send bulk, automated, or unsolicited messages. The form is for genuine consultation requests.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access. That includes probing or scanning the site, trying to reach files or areas that are not published, and interfering with how the site runs for other people.
- Do not harvest content or contact details by automated means, or copy this site’s content to run a competing service.
The form applies basic automated-abuse filtering and limits how many requests can be sent from one connection in an hour. A legitimate request is not affected by this.
What these rules do not touch
Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer. In particular, you remain free to dispute information in your credit reports yourself, directly with the credit bureaus and at no cost; to obtain your free credit reports from the federally authorized source; to contact the FTC, the CFPB, or your state Attorney General; to cancel a credit repair contract within three business days; and to bring an action under the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Any purported waiver of rights under that Act is void.
Website Information
The pages on this website give general information about what we do and general credit education. They are written for a broad audience.
General information is not an individual assessment
Nothing on this site is a review of your credit reports, an evaluation of your situation, or a recommendation about what you personally should do. We have not seen your reports and know nothing about your circumstances from your visit here.
An individual review happens only after you engage us under a signed written agreement, and after you authorize us in writing to obtain the information that review requires.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Nothing on this website or in our services is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and contacting us or using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your specific legal or tax position, consult a licensed professional in your state.
This website claims no professional license, certification, accreditation, or membership, and none should be inferred from it.
Consultation Requests
The form on this website does one thing: it asks us to get in touch with you.
What submitting the form does not do
- It does not book an appointment or hold a time. We will contact you to arrange that.
- It does not mean we have accepted you as a client, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed.
- It does not approve you for anything, and it has no effect on your credit.
- It does not start a service or authorize any charge. No payment is taken on this site.
- It does not authorize us to obtain your credit reports. That needs your separate written authorization.
- It does not sign you up for marketing. The consent box covers contacting you about this request. Newsletters or promotional campaigns would need their own opt-in. See our Privacy Policy.
What you should not send through it
Do not send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, full account numbers, card numbers, or copies of your credit reports through this form or by ordinary email. The form does not ask for any of them, and ordinary email is not a secure channel. If we need that information later, we will arrange a secure way to receive it.
We may decline a request, or may not be the right fit for what you are asking about. If so, we will tell you.
Services and Results
The services described on this website are.
- Credit Repair — reviewing your credit reports with you, identifying information that may need a closer look, guiding you through the dispute process, and helping you review the responses that come back.
- Credit Education — explaining what credit reports contain, what influences credit, and the everyday account-management habits that support your goals.
- Financial Guidance — talking through your current situation, identifying your priorities, and setting out next steps you can follow and revisit.
- Ongoing Support — a point of contact for questions, plain explanations of updates, and continued education along the way.
The exact scope of what is done for you is whatever your written service agreement says, not this list.
Results depend on your situation
Credit outcomes depend on your individual file, on your creditors, and on the credit bureaus. We do not promise, and cannot promise.
- A specific credit score, or any increase in your score.
- That any particular item will be removed, corrected, or updated.
- Approval for any loan, card, lease, or other financing.
- A specific timeline for any result.
Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report by anyone — not by you, not by us, not by any company that says otherwise. Negative information that is accurate generally stays on a report for seven years, and bankruptcy information for ten.
The full statement of your rights is on our Disclosures page.
Service Agreements, Fees and Cancellation
Everything is in the written agreement
If you engage us, the scope, the price, the payment schedule, and the conditions are set out in a written service agreement that you receive and sign. Federal law requires that agreement to state, at minimum: the total amount you will pay and the terms of payment; a full and detailed description of the services, including any guarantees of performance; an estimate of when the services will be complete or how long they will take; our name and principal business address; and a conspicuous statement of your right to cancel.
No prices are published here
This website states no fees, no packages, and no subscription of any kind, and it takes no payment. Any figure you are quoted comes from us directly and will appear in your agreement before you sign.
Payment timing is governed by federal law
A credit repair organization may not charge or receive any money for a service before that service has been fully performed. That is a statutory prohibition, not a policy choice. It rules out setup fees, enrollment fees, deposits, retainers, and monthly payments taken in advance.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel a credit repair contract, for any reason, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after you sign it. Your contract comes with a separate Notice of Cancellation in duplicate explaining how.
This right cannot be signed away. Any waiver of a right under the Credit Repair Organizations Act is void and unenforceable, and nothing in these terms or in any agreement removes it.
Cancellation and refund terms after that three-day period belong in the service agreement.
Website Content and Third-Party Links
Content on this site
The text, page layouts, and code of this website were produced for Apex Group Solutions LLC. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Copying this site’s content to operate a competing service, or republishing it as your own, is not permitted.
Links to other websites
This site links to a small number of external resources, including the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the federally authorized source for free credit reports. We provide those links for your benefit. We do not control those sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy practices, not ours.
Card network logos
Card brand logos appearing in the footer are a design element identifying payment brands generally. They do not indicate any relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval by those companies, and no payment is collected or processed on this website.
Privacy and Communications
How information submitted through this website is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and should be read with them.
These terms are not a data authorization
Agreeing to these terms is not separate permission to use your information however we like. The only permission the website asks for is the checkbox on the consultation form, which says you would like us to contact you about that request.
Two different kinds of message
- Messages about your request or your file — replies, questions, and updates. These follow from the request you made.
- Marketing messages — newsletters, promotions, campaigns. These require their own opt-in, separate from the form, and every one must offer a way to stop receiving them.
You can ask us to stop sending marketing at any time. Messages about an active matter will continue while that matter is open.
Ordinary email is not a secure channel, and we ask you not to send sensitive identifiers through it. Standard message and data rates from your own carrier may apply to calls or texts you exchange with us.
Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated when the website changes — for example if a client portal is added, if payments are ever processed here, or if new functionality changes what visitors can do.
The effective date at the top of this page is set by hand and is updated when the text changes. It does not change on its own when you visit. Continuing to use the website after an update means the updated terms apply to your use of it going forward.
Changing this page does not change a service agreement you have already signed. A signed agreement is modified only as that agreement itself provides, by a written amendment both parties accept, or as the law requires. Website terms cannot amend it, and cannot reduce a right the law gives you under it.
