Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and handle personal information.
Effective date: September 19, 2026
This policy describes how Apex Group Solutions handles information submitted through this website. It covers the public website and the consultation requests sent through it.
Who We Are
This website is operated by Apex Group Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of .
What this policy covers. This policy describes how information is handled on this public website, apexgroupsolutionsusa.com, and in the consultation requests you submit through it.
What this policy does not cover. This website is informational. It has no client login, no client portal, no account area, and no payment processing. If Apex Group Solutions operates any separate system — a client file, a dispute-management platform, a billing system, or a messaging tool — that system is not connected to this website and is not described here. Information you provide after you become a client is handled under whatever agreement and notice you receive at that point.
Submitting the form on this website does not create a client relationship, book an appointment, or start a paid service.
Information We Collect
What the consultation form asks for
These are the fields the form on this website actually submits.
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Full name | Yes | — |
| Email address | Yes | — |
| Phone number and country calling code | Yes | — |
| What you would like help with | Yes | Chosen from a fixed list |
| Preferred contact method | Yes | Phone call or email |
| Preferred callback time | No | Only shown if you choose a phone call |
| Time zone | No | Pre-filled from your browser setting; you can change it |
| Your message | No | Up to 1,000 characters |
| Your consent to be contacted | Yes | A checkbox you must tick yourself |
What the page adds to your request
- Which part of the site you started from. If you open the form from a service section, the request records that section, so we know what you were reading. It never changes anything you typed.
- The language the page was displayed in (English or Spanish).
- A timestamp of when the form was opened and a hidden field left blank, both used only to filter out automated submissions.
Your IP address
When you submit the form, your IP address is converted into a one-way hash and only that hash is stored. It is used to limit how many requests can be sent from the same connection in an hour. Your IP address itself is not kept. We mention this because an IP address is personal information in several jurisdictions, and a one-way hash cannot be turned back into it.
What this website does not ask for
The form does not request a Social Security number, a taxpayer identification number, a date of birth, account numbers, card numbers, or credit report data. There is no field for any of them.
Server logs and hosting
The web server that hosts this site may keep its own access logs, which typically include IP addresses, request times, and browser information. Those logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention practices.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the form is used to.
- Reply to your request, using the contact method you selected.
- Understand what you are asking about, so the conversation is useful.
- Keep a record that the request was received, including its reference number.
- Limit automated and repeated submissions.
Requesting contact is not the same as signing up for marketing
The checkbox on the form says you would like Apex Group Solutions to contact you about this consultation request. That is what it authorizes and nothing more. It is not permission for newsletters, promotional campaigns, automated marketing sequences, or text-message marketing.
If Apex Group Solutions wants to send marketing communications, that requires its own clearly worded opt-in, separate from this form, and an unsubscribe method in every message.
Data Retention
The website contains no automatic deletion. A consultation request stays in the file on the server, and in the notification mailbox, until a person removes it.
Consultation requests are reviewed and removed manually. If you would like your request deleted, contact us and we will remove it, unless we are required to keep it.
Separately, federal law requires a credit repair organization to keep a signed copy of the statutory disclosure statement for two years from the date of signature. That obligation applies to the signing process, not to website enquiries, and is handled outside this website. See our Disclosures.
Your Privacy Choices and Requests
To ask a question about this policy, or to make a request about your personal information, contact us using the details in Contact Us below. Tell us what you are asking for, and use the email address or phone number you submitted so we can locate your request.
What you can ask for
- A copy of the consultation request you submitted.
- A correction if something in it is wrong.
- Deletion of your request, where we are not required to keep it.
- To withdraw your consent to being contacted, going forward.
- To stop receiving messages that are not about a request you made.
About legal rights
Several U.S. states have privacy laws granting residents specific rights. Whether a particular right applies depends on where you live and on the nature of the business. Contact us and we will tell you what applies to your request.
We verify who you are before acting on a request, so that nobody can obtain your information by asking on your behalf.
Information Security
The protections currently in place on this website include the following.
- The site is configured to redirect visitors to an encrypted HTTPS connection, so form submissions travel encrypted.
- The folder holding submitted requests is configured to refuse web access, and directory listing is switched off for the site.
- Every field is validated again on the server, not only in your browser, and submissions are limited per connection to reduce automated abuse.
- Text submitted through the form is stripped of line breaks before it is placed into email headers, which blocks a common technique for hijacking outgoing mail.
- The site sends standard protective response headers and does not collect or process payment details.
What we are not claiming
No system is completely secure, and we make no promise of absolute security. We hold no security certification and none is claimed here. Access to the hosting account and to the mailbox that receives consultation requests is restricted to authorised personnel.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, full account numbers, card numbers, or copies of your credit reports through this form or by ordinary email. The form does not ask for them, and ordinary email is not a secure channel. If that information is needed, we will arrange a secure method with you.
Changes to This Policy
This policy is expected to be updated when the website changes in a way that affects information handling — for example if analytics are added, if a client portal is launched, if a CRM begins receiving requests, or if a retention schedule is adopted.
The intended procedure is that the effective date at the top of this page is updated whenever the text changes, and that the previous version is retained internally so the history of changes is available. That date is set by hand; it does not change on its own when you visit the page.
